This package is designed for the bride/couple who wants to complete all their own planning but would like a consultant to pick up where they leave off. A Wedding Coordinator/Consultant can tie up all the loose ends.
- Meeting set with client(s) 4 to 6 weeks prior to wedding. Considering all your requirements, goals, visions and expectations on your wedding day. Not to exceed 2 hours.
- Check with all vendors and bridal party as to the wedding day itinerary.
- Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal not to exceed 1.5 hours.
- Oversee all details on Wedding Day including set up and breakdown of décor etc.
- Confirm 1 week prior with all vendors
- Greet vendors at wedding and reception and help coordinate set up at wedding and reception.
- Processional line up and cues for music.
- Assist any of the Wedding Party or guests with special needs.
- Gathering and presenting Wedding Party at the reception.
- Be sure that everyone fulfills their role at the reception like the MC and DJ.
- Keep bride and groom posted on the next move.
- Ready to handle the unexpected situations that may arise.
- Arrive 2 hours prior to Wedding Ceremony and make sure everything is packed up and delivered the person of your choosing for safe keeping.
Packages start at $1,000.00. Pricing may vary depending on size and complexity of ceremony and reception or event.
A $250.00 deposit is required at time of contract signing and the balance will be divided into even amounts before wedding.
