The planning package is for the bride/couple who would like the consultant to do the research and return to them with options, prices and any other variables that vendors may suggest. This saves you the hassle of locating or researching the vendors that match your ideas, style and budget.
- Three consultant and client meetings not to exceed 2.5 hours for each.
- Recommendations for ceremony and venue for the reception.
- Unlimited advice through phone calls or email.
- Referrals and setting up appointments with the vendors to go over your wishes.
- Before wedding everything is double checked and contact made with vendors and bridal party.
- Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution
- Act as a liaison between wedding party and vendors.
- Direction and coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal.
- Collection of all the items for the wedding day like place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, etc.
- Oversee all the details on you Wedding day and conduct set up and breakdown.
- Greet vendors and coordinate the set up of the ceremony and the reception.
- Ensure marriage license and wedding rings are on hand.
- Line up and do the cueing for the wedding party when its time to walk down the isle.
- Cue the musicians or music for ceremony.
- Assist with wedding guests and special needs issues.
- Assist photographer with gathering people for pictures.
- Disperse final payments to vendors with checks previously written from the client.
- Keep bride and groom posted on their parts.
- Organize and cue bridal party for the grand entrance at the reception
- Assist DJ and MC if need be.
- Help Best Man if he needs help in toast or speeches.
- Arrive 2 hours before ceremony and remain on site until all contracted formalities are completed.
- Pack up everything and deliver to a person that the couple designates to receive the items.
- Anything discussed between consultant and bride/couple before the contract is signed.
Packages start at $1600.00. Pricing may vary depending on size and complexity of ceremony and reception or event.
A $250.00 deposit is required at time on contract signing and the balance will be divided into even amounts before wedding.
