Hello, I am Marlene Ulmer, the newest and one of the few event and wedding planners in the Kennebec Valley Area. I am certified and do both consulting and coordinating. I am a member of the Maine Association of Bridal Consultants. I have always had a passion for planning and designing events from start to finish. The client is the boss.
